Sean Gur

Sean Gur has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sean began their career as a Small Business Consultant at ADP, where they specialized in delivering HCM software services to the small business community. Sean developed and maintained strong relationships with clients, banking partners, and accountants.

After that, Sean worked at Pacific Search Partners Inc as the Manager of Accounts and Business Development. In this role, they built a target prospect list, cold called and emailed healthcare systems and hospitals, and targeted HR teams and healthcare executives. Sean also spearheaded critical business processes related to talent recruitment, account management, and business development.

Next, Sean worked as a Commercial Insurance Broker at Leavitt Group, where they developed a strategic approach in a competitive market and built relationships with executives. Sean also consulted with CFOs to develop risk management strategies.

After Leavitt Group, Sean joined Breckpoint as a Sales Business Development representative. Sean helped TPA's, brokers, and employers review and understand level-funded options and benefits through the Breckpoint SM platform. Sean focused on providing transparency in claims history and renewals.

Most recently, Sean has been working at CyberCoders. Sean started as an Executive Recruiter, where they conducted full desk recruiting in various industries, including technology, data science/analytics, marketing/sales, and accounting/finance. In this role, they achieved notable achievements such as billing over $725,000 in their first 12 months of employment and receiving the Rookie of the Quarter award. Sean was then promoted to Lead Recruiter, where they continued full desk recruiting across multiple industries and achieved further accomplishments, such as billing $890,000 of new business in 2022 and finishing 19th out of 380 recruiters in the company. Sean also earned recognition as a top recruiter and received awards for their performance.

Sean Gur attended Baruch College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
