Maksim Ovtšinnikov

Maksim Ovtsinnikov has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Data Exchange Technologies and Sr. Project Manager at Cybernetica since November 2017. Previously, Maksim held the position of Project Manager at Eesti Energia, overseeing software development projects within the Energy Trading Business Area for a brief period in 2017. Prior to that, Maksim worked as a Software Engineer at AS Tallinna Vesi, where responsibilities included CRM and ERP system administration and web self-service development. Maksim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, complemented by a High School Diploma from Tallinna Õismäe Vene Lütseum.
