Ying Zheng Isaac Koh

Ying Zheng Isaac Koh has a diverse work experience that spans across various organizations and roles. Ying Zheng Isaac is currently working as the Senior Deputy Director of Research & Analytics at CPF Board since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Research Analyst in the Research and Actuarial Department at Central Provident Fund Board from November 2016 to July 2021. Additionally, they worked at Health Promotion Board, where they held the positions of Assistant Director of Analytics and Insights from April 2016 to November 2016, and Senior Manager of Research and Strategic Planning from November 2013 to April 2016. Before that, Ying Zheng Isaac Koh was employed at DSTA as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Masterplanning and Systems Architecting from July 2011 to September 2013 and June 2009 to July 2011, respectively.

Ying Zheng Isaac Koh obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2009. Ying Zheng Isaac then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Statistics at the same university from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they participated in exchange programs at Peking University in 2006 and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 2008. In terms of certifications, they have completed the Machine Learning Specialisation and Deep Learning Specialisation from DeepLearning.AI, as well as the Columbia University MicroMasters in Business Analytics and the MIT Certificate in Microeconomics from edX.
