Matias Ludman

Matias Ludman is currently the Legal Manager at Cybint Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as a Contract Specialist at Accenture Argentina from January 2017 to June 2021. In this role, they served as the Team Leader overseeing a group of 6 contract managers. Matias was also responsible for developing, coordinating, negotiating, and extending Consulting & BPO contracts as needed. Additionally, they served as the primary point of liaison between the CFM, Business & Delivery teams, monitoring existing contracts for compliance with terms and conditions, risk management, tracking of deliverables and obligations, contract awareness, Intellectual Property protection, data protection, and reporting activities.

Before joining Accenture Argentina, Matias worked as an Associate at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal from January 2016 to December 2017. Matias then worked as a Lawyer at Servicios en Siniestros SRL from January 2012 to December 2015. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sales & Business Development for Latin America at Israel Way from January 2011 to December 2012.

Matias Ludman has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law and Technology from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (c) from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad del Salvador. Matias also has certification from IACCM in CCM Practitioner.

Matias Ludman reports to Alon Vittenberg, Chief of Staff, VP Finance & Legal. They are on a team with Johannah Stroweis - FP & A Manager, Adi Gonen - HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, and Avital Blumenkrantz - Corporate Controller.
