Senior Director of Customer Success at Cybrary

Grace Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2005, they worked as a Ballet Teacher at the Washington School of Ballet. In 2010, they joined Marriott International as part of the F&B team at Marriott Renaissance Times Square. Grace then worked as a Recruiter at Vector Marketing in 2011 before becoming an Assistant Publicist at Sarah Hall Productions. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Digital Media Strategist at Luke's Wings. In 2014, they started working at Lindsay Reishman Real Estate as a Manager of Customer Support Services, a role they also held at Compass from 2014 to 2015. At Compass, they were later promoted to Senior Associate of Customer Success and then became the Regional Manager of Customer Success and Operations from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they have been employed at Cybrary, where they started as Director of Customer Success in 2020 and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success.

Grace Jones attended The King's College from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, Culture, and the Arts.
