Eddy Santoso

Eddy Santoso is an accomplished HRIS professional with extensive experience in performance management and data reporting across various HR platforms. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Cycle & Carriage Singapore since September 2022, Eddy specializes in the configuration of performance management and advanced compensation in Workday. Previously, Eddy held the position of Global HRIS Specialist at StoneX Group Inc., overseeing similar functions in Oracle. Eddy's career also includes significant contributions at Medtronic, where successful Workday implementation occurred, and roles in customer service and human resources at multiple organizations including Dow Corning, Philips Electronics, and Tyco. Eddy holds several degrees, including an MBA from the University of Ballarat and a FlexiMasters in HR Thought Leadership from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
