Tom Wurden

Tom Wurden has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tom started their career as a part-time employee at compamedia GmbH in 2012 and worked until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, Tom worked as a Political Assistant at the State parliament of Baden-Württemberg. In 2019, they worked as a System Engineer at Digital Rail Germany, where they were involved in the system engineering of central control systems for digitalized railway operation. In 2020, Tom held two positions, firstly as an IT-Consultant at adesso SE, where they managed a student project and actively monitored and developed project KPIs. Secondly, they co-founded and served as the CEO of DocVox, where they were responsible for management, vision, privacy, and financial planning. Tom led the company from its inception to grant application and seed round. In 2023, Tom worked as a Founder Associate at Una Health and CYCLE, where their roles and responsibilities are not specified.

Tom Wurden holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, which they obtained from Technische Universität Berlin, during the period of 2018 to 2021. In addition, they pursued a course in Business Information Technology at the University of Twente from 2019 to 2020, although they did not complete a degree in this field. Prior to their Master's degree, Tom completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management at Technische Universität Berlin from 2015 to 2018. To enhance their language skills, they participated in a language course in English at Bloomsbury Institute London from 2014 to 2015. Tom completed their secondary education at the Constantin-Vanotti-Schule Überlingen, where they obtained their Abitur, which is the German equivalent of a high school diploma, from 2011 to 2014.

Tom Wurden also holds additional certifications. In April 2021, they obtained the Certified Tester - ISTQB Foundation Level certification from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Furthermore, in February 2021, they obtained the Certified Requirements Engineering - IREB Foundation Level certification from IREB GmbH.
