Lithium Carbonate Expansion Program Director at Livent

Jeff Lace has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management and leadership roles. From 1993 to 2004, they worked for Kilborn Engineering and SNC Lavalin, where they held roles such as Field Inspector, Discipline Superintendent, General Superintendent, and Field Manager. From 2005 to 2009, they served as a Construction Manager for Flint Energy Services, overseeing the planning and execution of the Froth Treatment Plant Expansion Project. At Hatch Engineering from 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Construction Manager, responsible for various stages of remote site mining projects in South and Central America. From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of Director of Construction - Eastern Canada Operations at WorleyParsons Canada Services Ltd., where they provided leadership and support for construction projects and completions in the region. Currently, they are the Lithium Carbonate Expansion Program Director at Livent, leading a multi-phase expansion program for a Lithium Carbonate Facility. In this role, they are responsible for various aspects, including strategic planning, budgeting, procurement, team collaboration, and HSE objectives.

Jeff Lace attended Sheridan College from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Architectural Technology with a focus on Architecture and Construction. Jeff also briefly studied at Ryerson University in 1993, specializing in Architecture and Construction and earning a degree in Arch Tech.
