Mike Colella has over 30 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Mike began their career in 1987 with Monsanto Company's Plastics Division as a Technical Service Specialist. In 1998, they joined Solutia Inc. as a Business Manager and was promoted to Global Sales Director in 1999. In 2007, they moved to Essroc Cement as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at National Standard, Broco Rankin, and ABEC as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2017, they took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at SageGlass, and in 2018 they became Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Cyclonaire- Pneumatic Conveying Solutions.

Mike Colella, VP Sales and Marketing, has an extensive education history. Mike earned a BSChe in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University between 1975 and 1979. Mike then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western New England University from 1982 to 1986. In 2006, they completed an Executive course in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Asking Great Sales Questions, Sales Pipeline Management, and Sales Prospecting from LinkedIn in February 2018.
