Girish Nair

Girish Nair has a wealth of experience in the field of engineering. Girish started their career in 1995 as a Senior Systems Engineer at Wipro. Girish then moved to AT&T in 1998 as a Lead Developer. In 2000, they were a Lead Developer at both SER Solutions and Siemens Enterprise Communications. In 2014, they became a Senior Sales Engineer (Coverity) at Synopsys Inc. In 2017, they were a Systems Engineer at Contrast Security. Finally, in 2021 they became the Director of Solutions Engineering at Cycode.

Girish Nair completed their +12 degree from Mani Higher Secondary School in 1991. Girish then went on to earn a BS in Electrical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1995. In 1999, they received an MS in Computer Science from George Mason University. In 2019, they began pursuing an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed in 2021. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including MCSA: Web Applications from Microsoft in 2016, CSSLP from (ISC)² in 2020, and CISSP from (ISC)² in 2016. Girish also obtained three specializations from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021: Strategic Leadership & Management, Value Chain Management, and Business Analytics.
