Michelle Press has had a long and varied career in the medical industry. In 2003, they began their career as a Regional Business Manager Endoscopy for Boston Scientific, where they grew the business from an established base of £1.2 million to over £2.1 million. In 2006, they moved to Abbott Vascular as a Vessel Closure Sales Specialist, successfully opening 7 new cardiology accounts within the South West and achieving 120% of their target. michelle then moved to AGA Medical in 2007 as a Cardiology and Vascular Sales Specialist, opening 12 new vascular accounts and achieving 1st position on the sales leader board for UK and Europe, winning Rep of the Year for sales growth in 2009. In 2009, they joined Inventive Medical as a Sales Manager UK and Europe, where they were tasked with opening up sales in UK and Europe, along with sourcing, appointing, and managing distributors. In 2013, they moved to Cardio Solutions (UK) Ltd as an Area Sales Manager. Finally, in 2017, they joined Cydar Medical as Commercial Director EU, Director of Clinical Applications, Commercial Manager, and Product Specialist UK and Europe.

Michelle Press completed their Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse (RGN) degree at Royal United Hospital Bath from 1986 to 1997. michelle then went on to earn their Foundation degree in District Nursing from the University of Bristol between 1990 and 1992.
