Simon Copley

Simon Copley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process validation and production development. Currently serving as a Process Validation Engineer at CyDen since August 2021, Simon previously held roles at EuroCaps Ltd as Production Development Validation and Encapsulator, focusing on the manufacture of Softgel Vitamin capsules in compliance with cGMP guidelines. Prior experience includes work as a Process Technician at G24i Power Ltd, specializing in the development of Dye Sensitized Solar cells, and as a Maintenance Technician at RPC Group Plc, where responsibilities included maintaining production equipment for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging. Simon’s career began as a Sign Writer at Dab Hand Signs. Educational qualifications include an O.N.C in Mechanical Engineering from Pontypridd Technical College and 6 G.C.S.E from Tonyrefail Comprehensive School.
