Pamela Santangelo has a wealth of experience in the business world. Pamela began their career in 2001 as Co-Owner and VP of Generations, Inc. the original Read E-Z, where they assisted in the development of the product and facilitated all of the company's administration needs. In 2004, they Co-Founded and Owned Computer Source of NW WA, Inc., a computer and network support organization located in Skagit County, Washington, which went on to win several awards such as Business of the Year by the entire county's chamber of commences as a collaborative effort. Pamela sold the company in 2009 and stayed on through April 2010 during the transition. From 2008 to 2018, they were the Owner of Fresh Perspective Marketing, where they facilitated online reputation management and assisted organizations with launching their initial social media campaigns. Her largest campaign grew to over 300,000 subscribers in roughly 3 months through a national campaign. From 2010 to 2020, they were the CEO of Interpreting Technology. Finally, in 2020, they became the Human Resources Director of Cyemptive Technologies Inc.

Pamela Santangelo attended Babson College from 2017 to 2017, where they earned an MBA Accelerator provided by Goldman Sachs 10KSB in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 1998 to 2000, studying Agriculture Education.
