Jessica Barker MBE PhD is a co-founder and co-CEO of Cygenta, where the focus is on enhancing the safe use of information across various organizations. With extensive experience that includes serving as a Director at J L Barker Ltd. and as a Principal Consultant at a niche cyber security consultancy, Jessica specializes in developing cyber security strategies, reviewing policies, and designing training programs. Educational achievements include a PhD in Civic Design and an MA in Research Methodology from the University of Liverpool, along with a BA in Social and Political Studies from The University of Sheffield.
