Sabrina Kathusing

Sabrina Kathusing serves as an HR Health & Wellbeing Partner at Cygnific since September 2021, contributing expertise in organizational health. Prior to this role, Sabrina worked as an Organization and Health Consultant at ArboNed BV from May 2019 to August 2021. Between December 2016 and December 2017, Sabrina was an Organizational Change Consultant for the department of poverty reduction at Gemeente Amsterdam, leading a project focused on departmental evaluation and transformation. From October 2014 to September 2016, Sabrina held the position of Senior Project Officer for the PGB Project at Sociale Verzekeringsbank, where complex policy changes were analyzed and new colleagues trained. Earlier experience includes a role as a Resourcer & Researcher at Progressive GE in 2013, where niche engineering talents were sourced for major oil and gas companies. Sabrina's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Science in Culture, Organization & Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a pre-master in Organizational Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
