Kalyani Iyer

Kalyani Iyer currently serves as the Director of Legal and Compliance at Cyient since May 2024, overseeing global compliance initiatives, implementing regulatory compliance tools, conducting training on compliance subjects, and managing data privacy and protection frameworks while reporting to the General Counsel. Previously, Kalyani held the position of Director of Compliance at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from December 2022 to April 2024 and served as Lead Compliance Manager there, overseeing API global business and GMO units. Kalyani's experience also includes working as Senior Manager of Healthcare Compliance at Boehringer Ingelheim, managing healthcare compliance for India and BNS markets, and serving as Compliance Manager for Novartis, focusing on social business compliances across India and Asia. Prior roles included Business Compliance Manager at Abbott, where two promotions were achieved, and Assistant Manager Operations at Health Impetus Pvt Ltd, where project leadership responsibilities were undertaken.
