In this role, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in our Customer Success group, being a global Professional Services Engineer as part of Cylus’ PS team from start to finish. 
  • Be responsible for Pre-sale technical activities:
    • Serve as a technical point of contact for global sales.
    • Provide technical support in meetings with clients and partners.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and engage in technical discussions about Cylus’ products.
    • Collaborate in the creation and presentation of business proposals to customers and partners.
    • Respond to tenders and RFIs/RFPs, focusing on technical aspects.
    • Perform PoV (Proof of Value) activities from start to finish.
  • Post-sale activities
    • Take ownership of current and future customers and projects.
    • Task Management: Proactively manage time and multitask efficiently to address all client needs promptly.
    • Drive project meetings and activities.
    • Perform solution deployments, including installation, commissioning, and onboarding, in customers’ environments, including onsite deployments.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working as a sales engineer/customer success technical client management/technical project management/solutions architect/presale/another technical customer-facing role in a high-tech company.
  • 3+ years experience in networking with deep understanding of architectures and protocols.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
  • Experience with OT products and environments.
  • Technical-oriented with ability to manage projects professionally.
  • Proven hands-on experience in product installations, scripting, linux OS, and troubleshooting.
  • Adaptability to contribute to a fast-changing, growing team.
  • Travel: Ready for frequent global travels.
  • Big plus - Experience with On-Premise products and Rail technologies.
