Chuck Davis

Chuck Davis has a long and varied work experience. Chuck joined Prodege, LLC in 2013 as the CEO and Chairman, with a $60 million investment from TCV. In 2011, they became a Venture Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures, and in 2015 they became a Director at Cyndx. In 2003, they were elected by alumni to the Brown University Corporation, where they chaired the Advancement Committee for 2012-13 and was Vice Chair of the Advancement Committee from 2010-12. Chuck also served as a Visiting Lecturer in Engineering 900 from 2002 to 2019. In 2011, they became a Board Director at Boingo Wireless, and in 2007 they became Executive Chairman of The Teaching Company (The Great Courses). Chuck has also acted as a Judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of Year Awards from 2009-18, and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Harvard Business School's Rock Center and Harvard Innovation Lab from 2012-17. In 2009, they were elected to YPO's International Board, and in 2012 they were elected as YPO International Board Chairman. In 2012, they also became a Board Director at ShopAtHome.com.

Chuck Davis attended Staples High School from 1975 to 1978. Chuck then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Urban Studies from Brown University between 1978 and 1982. In 1984, Davis obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, which they completed in 1986.
