Alexander M.

Alexander M. has a long and varied work experience. Alexander began their career in 2008 as an Internal Audit Intern at Mueller Industries. In 2010, they joined Advantage Health Solutions as a Compliance Audit Manager, where they developed and populated metrics and dashboards for audit reports, created and conducted general and specific compliance training material, and created and conducted quarterly Medicare part C & D audits. In 2013, they became the Compliance Program Coordinator at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where they created and administered corporate compliance educational content, created and conducted regulatory and financial audits and risk assessments, and was the lead analyst for the case management, research, oversight, and financial reporting of the Recovery Audit Contractors' (RAC) audit processes and findings. In 2014, they joined Prime Care Technologies as a Compliance Officer, where they conducted and compiled audit evidence/deliverables for 2014 SSAE 16 SOC 1 audits, completed holistic HIPAA Readiness Assessments, and implemented an enterprise-wide compliance program. In 2017, they joined Clearwater as a Senior Director, Sales & Solutions Architecture and Director, Training & Solutions Architecture. Finally, in 2020, they became the Sr. Director, Strategic Partner Enablement and Sr. Director, Sales at Cynerio.

Alexander M. obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Mississippi between 2005 and 2010. In July 2021, they obtained the HCISPP certification from (ISC)².
