Aya Naveh-Perlmuter

Aya Naveh-Perlmuter has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and recruitment. In 2021, they began their role as Human Resources Director at Cynerio, a fast-growing startup in the Healthcare IoT cybersecurity field. From 2016 to 2021, they held the roles of HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Leader at Zerto, an award-winning virtual replication solution provider. From 2014 to 2016, they were Executive Team Leader at Jobinfo, a recruitment and placement company for the high-tech Israeli market. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Professional Head-Hunter at Executive Search, a subsidiary of Jobinfo. From 2005 to 2011, they held the roles of Executive Recruitment Specialist, Research and Project Team Leader, and Project Manager at Jobinfo. Finally, from 2004 to 2005, they were a Recruitment Specialist at Adecco.

Aya Naveh-Perlmuter received their B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Tel Aviv University in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Rothberg High Ramat-Hasharon from 1993 to 1996. Aya then went on to obtain their MA in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University in 2010. Additionally, they have attended the Institute Francais.
