Director Of Clinical Development at Cynosure

Jennifer Civiok has extensive experience in the clinical research field. Jennifer began their career at Cetek Corporation as an Instrument Operator, where they conducted various High throughput Screening assays. Jennifer then worked at PAREXEL as an Imaging Research Associate, where they tracked and entered clinical data and imaging into a database. Jennifer also trained and coordinated a team of Research Associates and performed computer-based analysis on medical images for clinical trials. Jennifer then joined AutoZone as a Customer Sales Manager before moving on to Citeline, where they worked as a Research Associate and compiled data for a clinical investigator and site database. Jennifer then joined Cynosure, Inc., starting as a Clinical Research Associate and eventually becoming the Director of Clinical Development. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the clinical development department, executed clinical studies, and collaborated with key opinion leaders. In 2017, they joined Hologic, Inc. as the Director of Clinical Development for their Cynosure Aesthetic division.

Jennifer Civiok completed their education in a chronological order. Jennifer first attended Oakmont Regional High School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their high school diploma in the field of General studies. Following that, they enrolled at Wheaton College in Massachusetts from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2012, they completed the Good Clinical Practices Training from Barnett Educational Services. Then, in 2016, they obtained certifications in Clinical Research Education/Professional Certification (CCRP) from SOCRA, Good Clinical Practice Course from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI), and Protecting Human Research Participants from the National Institutes of Health. Most recently, in 2022, they completed the GCP Training course offered by the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI).
