Stephanie W. has extensive work experience in various roles within the consulting and research fields. Stephanie is currently the Director of People Operations and Systems at Cynuria Consulting. Previously, they worked at EY as the EY Global Sustainability - FoP Sector & Cross-Service Line Solution Leader, Global Talent Executive - ISQM Team, and Global HR Services - Functional Improvement Lead. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director at Grant Thornton LLP, where they led the successful transformation and operations of the Learning & Organization Effectiveness function. Stephanie also worked at PwC as the Deputy People & Organization Leader and at Schering Plough as a Clinical Research Project Manager. Stephanie began their career at Oregon Health and Sciences University as a Clinical Research Associate, where they conducted research studies in human performance and hematology.

Stephanie W. holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Portland State University. Stephanie also attended the Professional Children's School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Stephanie has obtained several certifications, including EY Business - Basics of Business - Bronze Learning, EY Transformation - Managing Change and Decision Making - Bronze, EY Digital - Bronze, and EY My Purpose - Learning from EY. Stephanie also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (inactive) and has passed the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) knowledge component exam from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Additionally, Stephanie previously held the Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) (inactive).
