Adjunct Instructor for Basic Tactical Operator Medical Support course at Cypress Creek Emergency Medical Services Association

Ryan Winters has extensive work experience in emergency services and law enforcement. Ryan started their career in 1998 as a Firefighter/EMT at Knight Township Fire Department and worked there until 2011. In 2007, they joined Evansville Police Department as a Police Officer/Tactical Medic. In 2013, Ryan worked as an Adjunct Instructor for Basic Tactical Operator Medical Support course at Cypress Creek EMS and as a Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TCCC) instructor/CPR Instructor at Verus SDC. Since 2015, they have been serving as a Captain at McCutchanville Fire Department.

Ryan Winters attended Basic Tactical Operator Medic Support in 2012 and obtained a degree in Tactical Medic. In 2007, they attended SWILEA where they completed the Police Academy program and received a degree in Law Enforcement. In the year 2000, they studied at Ivy Tech and earned a degree in EMT-B with a focus on Emergency Medicine. Additionally, they completed a program at ILEA to become an Instructor in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
