Deborah started their career at Boston Financial Investment Management in 2013 as a Human Resources Generalist, where they worked until 2014. Deborah then moved on to Marian Manor in 2014, where they held the position of Human Resources Manager until 2015. Deborah then joined Harbor Health Services, Inc. as a Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2019, they transitioned to Cypress Health Partners where they currently hold the role of Vice President Human Resources.
