Leidy Benitez is an experienced professional with a background in operations management, human resources, and student services. Currently serving as the Part-Time Operations Manager for the College Success Program at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation since October 2021, Leidy contributes to the development of Standard Operating Procedures and coordinates operational logistics. Previously, as an HR Recruiter at Americare Jobs from December 2017 to September 2021, Leidy focused on candidate screening, onboarding processes, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Leidy worked at EC English Language Centres as a Student Services Manager and International Student Advisor from November 2010 to March 2017, providing support and guidance to students regarding admissions and immigration issues.
