Madhumita Paul

Madhumita Paul has a diverse work experience in corporate communications and marketing. Madhumita started their career at Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research, where they worked in industry relations from 2005 to 2007. Madhumita then joined Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co as the Head of Career from 2007 to 2010, and later became the Head of Corporate Communications from 2010 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, initially as the Head of Corporate Communications from 2015 to 2016, then as the Deputy Director of Corporate Communications from 2016 onwards. Additionally, they currently hold the role of Dy. CMO - Marketing & Communications, starting from October 2018.

Madhumita Paul completed their Masters of Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management, Nirma University in 2002. Madhumita also holds a BCom degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Madhumita Paul obtained a certification in Stanford GSB Design Thinking from Stanford GSB Executive Education in 2021.
