Matthew Santoli is an experienced recruitment and operations leader currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & Partnerships at Bespoke Search Group since 2013. With a strong focus on strategic vision and business acumen, Matthew develops innovative talent acquisition strategies to align with the goals and culture of high-growth companies. Additionally, Matthew serves as a Strategic Advisor for a Stealth Startup and CYRIS Executive Search, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council. Prior experience includes leading executive recruitment processes at Lucas Group and driving significant operational expansion at Pacific Bancorp Inc, where Matthew played a key role in securing multimillion-dollar financing and scaling operations. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
