Jamie Taylor

Jamie Taylor, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since August 2023. Previously, Jamie was an Employee Relations Business Partner at Meta, supporting a large software engineering team and providing performance management consulting. With extensive experience at T-Mobile, Jamie supported HR functions for various teams and advised management on performance issues. Earlier roles at FirstGroup America, Burger King Corporation, Blockbuster, and The Steak n Shake Company emphasized employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management. Jamie holds a Master's Degree in Labor and Employee Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Miami University.
