Mariel Bouza

Mariel Bouza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and public relations. Currently serving as Senior Development Director at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation since August 2012, Mariel has also held the role of Development Director within the same organization. Prior experience includes a Public Relations Intern position at Michigan Butterflies, LLC, where Mariel created various branding materials, and a Student Assistant role at the Office of the Vice Provost for Health at Grand Valley State University, contributing to marketing and administrative tasks. Mariel's leadership skills were further demonstrated as Vice President of Communications for Sigma Kappa Sorority, where effective communication strategies were implemented to enhance chapter engagement. Educationally, Mariel holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
