Carl MacHado

Carl Machado currently serves as the CFO at Shea Engineering Services Inc since February 2024. With extensive experience at Solvay since 2000, Carl has held various roles including Americas Controlling Manager, Finance Manager, Regional Finance Director, Global Business Controller, and Senior Financial Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from building controlling platforms to leading finance teams and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Prior to retirement in June 2022, Carl also worked as a Controller at Schlumberger from 1990 to 2000. Carl holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, earned between 1996 and 1998.
