Heeru Ramanaboina has a strong background in statistical programming and clinical research. They started their career at Trident Clinical Research Organisation in 2007 as a Clinical Programmer. They then joined INC Research in 2010 as a Clinical Programmer, where they gained certification as a SAS Programmer and expertise in clinical data management. In 2018, they moved to Syneos Health (previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Senior Statistical Programmer and Stats Programmer III. In 2020, they transitioned to IQVIA as a Senior Statistical Programmer. Currently, Heeru is working at Cytel as a Principal Statistical Programmer.

Heeru Ramanaboina began their education in 1985 at St Alphonsus High School, where they obtained their SSC degree in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. From 1998 to 2000, Heeru attended St Thomas Junior College and completed their Intermediate degree. Following this, from 2001 to 2004, Heeru attended Osmania University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences. They later pursued a Post Graduate degree in Laboratory Medicine from RMIT University, studying from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Heeru has obtained a certification in SAS from SAS institution, although no information is provided regarding the specific month or year it was obtained.
