Jay Krishnamurthy

Jay Krishnamurthy has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jay started as an I.T. Manager at Eastern Pulp & Paper in 1989. In 1997, they became the VP at Prosoft Technologies. From 1999 to 2009, they worked at IBM as a Sr. Program Manager/Project Manager, where they managed various projects involving SAP implementation, web development, and integration. At GLOBALFOUNDRIES, they served as the Deputy Director of Global Operations, focusing on Capex, IT, and supply chain. Jay then worked at Schneider Electric from 2019 to 2020, managing a global agile project involving data migration and change management. Currently, they are the IT Director of Enterprise Applications at Cytel, where they manage multiple cloud integration and M&A projects within the CRO industry. Overall, Jay Krishnamurthy has extensive experience in IT leadership, program/project management consulting, and managing large-scale digital transformations.

Jay Krishnamurthy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University in the year 2004. In 2007, they completed the Stanford Advanced Project Management Certificate Course from Stanford University, with a specific focus on Program Management. From 1980 to 1984, Jay Krishnamurthy attended the College of Engineering, Guindy, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they pursued graduate-level courses in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the year 1990-1991. Furthermore, Jay Krishnamurthy obtained certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2008 and the ITIL Foundations certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
