Joseph Sayler

Joseph Sayler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joseph currently works at Cytel as a Software Engineer II, where they started in January 2021. Prior to this, they held the roles of Analyst II from April 2020 to January 2021 and Analyst from June 2019 to April 2020. Before joining Cytel, Joseph worked as a Statistical Genetics Support Technician at Axio Research from January 2018 to June 2019.

Before their tenure at Cytel, Joseph worked at Laird Norton Wealth Management as a Helpdesk Assistant from November 2015 to July 2018. In this role, they provided technical assistance to employees, troubleshooted various software systems, and developed a procedure to upgrade user workstations.

Joseph also worked at Valve Corporation as an Email Support Representative from October 2014 to May 2015, where they responded to customer inquiries and resolved billing disputes via email. Prior to that, they worked at Phoenix Lab as a Microbiologist from November 2013 to October 2014, conducting bacterial and fungal cultures and performing microbial tests on patient samples.

In addition, Joseph worked at Washington Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory as a Microbiologist from June 2012 to July 2013, and at WSU Plant Pathology Department as an Assistant Technician from August 2010 to May 2012. In these positions, they organized and processed patient samples, conducted experiments and genetic identification of bacterial organisms.

Joseph Sayler has a diverse education history, spanning multiple fields of study. Joseph began their academic journey in 2010 at Washington State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Genetics/Cell Biology. Joseph successfully completed their degree in 2012.

In 2015, Joseph enrolled at North Seattle College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Programming and IT Networking. Joseph dedicated a year to this program, completing it in 2016.

Following their completion of the associate degree, Joseph continued their education at North Seattle College. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Application Development. The program provided him with specialized knowledge and skills in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph also obtained several certifications. In April 2016, they acquired the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA. More recently, in July and August 2023, they completed two React.js-related certifications: "React.js Essential Training" and "React.js: Building an Interface," both of which were obtained through LinkedIn.
