Rahul Panchal

Rahul Panchal has a diverse range of work experience in the field of recruitment. Rahul began their career as a Technical Recruiter at IQVIA in 2015, where they contributed to the recruitment efforts for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. In 2017, they joined Artech Information Systems as a Technical Recruiter and later became a Senior Technical Recruiter. During their time at Artech, they focused on North America recruitment and played a key role in the company's staffing operations. In 2019, Rahul moved to IQVIA again, this time as a Human Resource Recruiter, responsible for North America recruitment. Rahul then joined Cytel in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they played a crucial role in improving the success rates of clinical trials through optimal trial design and effective implementation. With their expertise in recruiting and their experience in the healthcare and IT industries, Rahul brings valuable skills to any organization in need of talent acquisition support.

Rahul Panchal attended Kurukshetra University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering.
