Sharada Harricharan

Sharada Harricharan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Pre-Registration Pharmacist at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG. Sharada then worked as a Pre-Registration Pharmacist at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust until 2013. After that, they joined DMC Healthcare Consultancy as a Pharmacist specializing in Medicines Management from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Sharada took on the role of Pharmacist at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and also worked as a Pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart.

Sharada then joined CADTH as a Clinical Research Officer in 2017, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Senior Consultant in HEOR and Market Access at Amaris, first as a Team Lead and then as a Consultant.

Currently, Sharada works at Cytel, starting as a Manager of Evidence Generation in 2020. Sharada then progressed to become the Director and Research Principal for HEOR North America in 2021, and finally, the Director and Research Principal for Market Access Strategy from 2023 to the present.

Sharada Harricharan has a Master's degree in Pharmacy from The University of Manchester. Sharada also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD degree from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, they completed an Accredited Clinical Pharmacy Residency Program at the University of Toronto, specifically at the London Health Sciences Centre. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Health Economics and Outcomes Research from the University of Washington in September 2015. Sharada also obtained an Injection Certification from the University of Toronto in June 2015.
