Docelyn Lordeus

Docelyn Lordeus currently serves as Sr. Manager - SAP Global Project Manager at Cytiva since December 2023. Prior to this role, Docelyn worked at Pall Corporation from April 2018 to December 2023 as Manager of SAP Service Cloud, CRM, SAP Field Service Management, and Business Process Automation. From January 2000 to March 2018, Docelyn held the position of SAP Technical Managing Consultant at IBM, providing strategic and technical leadership on international projects that improved operations for major clients including Pepsico, Ernst & Young, General Motors, and Kraft Foods. Docelyn has successfully driven the full lifecycle delivery of over 10 major SAP releases and implementations in more than 35 countries. Academic credentials include an MBA in Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University, and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Miami Dade College.
