Inga Ljung

Inga Ljung currently serves as Managing Director and Site Leader at Cytiva since September 2018, overseeing various manufacturing sections including equipment maintenance, wastewater treatment, advanced manufacturing engineering, and batch production. Prior to this, Inga Ljung held several key positions at GE Healthcare from January 2001 to September 2018, including Section Manager for Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, where Inga Ljung initiated a new section focused on innovative production technologies and strategies. Additional roles at GE Healthcare included managing large-scale production sections and serving as a process engineer specializing in large-scale chromatographic media. Inga Ljung holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Umeå University, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
