Matthew Townsend

Matthew Townsend is a Senior Research Scientist at Cytiva, where responsibilities include assisting in the development and testing of novel chromatography substrates since July 2014. Prior to this role, Matthew was a PhD student at MedImmune from October 2010 to December 2014, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Matthew also holds a Master's degree in Drug Innovation from Utrecht University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from the University of Bristol (2005-2008).
