Zaheer Hooda

Zaheer Hooda has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Zaheer currently serves as the Head of North America at Cytora, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held positions at Hiscox USA, with roles including SVP, Head of Data and Digital Enablement from 2021 to 2022, VP, Head of Data and Digital Enablement from 2019 to 2021, and VP, Head of Operations Strategy from 2018 to 2019. From 2015 to 2018, Zaheer worked at Lenovo as the Executive Director, Global PC Services. Previously, they were employed at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Engagement Manager from 2010 to 2015 and as a Senior Business Analyst from 2008 to 2010. Zaheer also gained experience at Roshan as part of the Corporate Strategy team in 2008. Before that, they worked at The Boeing Company, where they held the roles of Application Security Technologist from 2006 to 2008 and participated in the Information Systems Leadership Development Rotational Program from 2005 to 2007. Zaheer's early career included an internship at Turner Internet Technologies in 2004 as an Internet Operations Software Engineer, and a software developer intern role at GeoStats from 2002 to 2003.

Zaheer Hooda completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2000-2005. Later, from 2005-2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree in IT - Software Development and Management at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2011, they participated in a Mini-MBA Program offered by McKinsey & Company. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
