Lisa Hertel

Lisa Hertel is an experienced financial leader with a robust background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) across various companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of FP&A at Cytovale since September 2025, Lisa previously worked as a contractor for Halozyme, Inc., where Lisa enhanced reporting accuracy and developed a detailed revenue forecasting model. At Outset Medical, Inc., from 2022 to 2025, Lisa held the position of Senior Director, managing significant annual revenues and collaborating closely with the executive team. Lisa's tenure at Quidel from 2014 to 2022 saw substantial growth in revenue and team expansion. Earlier experience includes roles at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. in competitive pricing and forecasting.
