In 2016, they joined Maynard Leigh Associates as a Global Client Relations Manager. Ashley then transitioned to Datto, Inc. in 2017 and held various roles such as Partner Success Manager, Team Lead, Partner Success, Manager, Partner Success, and finally Manager, Onboarding Project Management Team. Ashley'smost recent position is the Director of Customer Success at Cytracom, starting in November 2021.

Ashley J. has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Aspen University. Ashley also holds a Master of Skill, SPFX & Business Marketing degree from MUD.
