VJ Joshua has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. VJ started their career in 2014 as a Management Trainee HR at Severn Glocon Group, where they were responsible for resource management and allocation. In 2015, they worked as a Recruitment Executive at Square Bridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

In 2016, Joshua joined SA Technologies Inc. as an HR Recruiter, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions and worked closely with clients and team leads. VJ then moved on to InterviewDesk (An Initiative of Hunt & Badge Consulting) in 2017 as a Recruiting Scientist, focusing on building the largest online interviewer community in India.

Since 2018, Joshua has been with Cyware, starting as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later promoted to the role of Principal Talent Acquisition - Tech, Product & Business Recruiter, and Headhunter. Cyware is a cybersecurity company aiming to revolutionize the industry through innovative products and solutions. Joshua's role involved strategic and tactical threat intelligence sharing, cyber fusion analysis, and recruiting top talent in the field of security analysts, technology experts, and data scientists.

Throughout their career, Joshua has gained experience in various aspects of talent acquisition, including screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and closing positions. VJ has worked on different types of job requirements, such as contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

VJ Joshua completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jayaraj annapackiam C.S.I college of Engineering, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. VJ then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from Rajalakshmi Engineering College from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, VJ Joshua obtained a British English Certificate from Cambridge University Press in December 2012.
