Carol Greene

Carol Greene has extensive experience in data center operations and technical support, currently serving as a Global Operations Center Technician at Intralinks since March 2018 and as a Data Center Technician at Cyxtera Technologies since May 2017, following the company's acquisition of CenturyLink’s data centers. Before these roles, Carol worked as a Data Center Technician at Savvis/CenturyLink Technology Solutions, providing 24/7 support to customers. Earlier experience includes positions as a Computer Operator at First Marblehead, where responsibilities involved planning space and troubleshooting, and at Exodus. Carol is an alumnus of ITT Technical Institute.
