David Kennedy has a strong background in customer success and technical support roles. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at AppGate since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Global VP Services and Support at Cyxtera Technologies since May 2016. David also has extensive experience at SeaChange International, where they held various positions such as Vice President of Technical Support Services, Sr. Director of Technical Support, Technical Support Manager, and Support Escalation Engineer. Before joining SeaChange International, David worked at Comstock Technologies as a Database Architect and Development Engineer, and at Stream International as a Technical Support Engineer.
David Kennedy attended Rhode Island College from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology - Management. In 2016, they obtained the AWS Business Professional certification from Amazon Web Services.
