Theresa Lam

Theresa Lam is a Business Intelligence Developer at Cyxtera Technologies since January 2023. Before that, Theresa worked as a Business Data Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis at the University of North Texas System. Theresa has a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, Theresa has completed a Study Abroad program in Copenhagen, Denmark and Summer Research at the University of Glasgow. In their previous role at UNT Dallas College of Law, Theresa served as a Graduate Student Assistant. Theresa is skilled in mining financial information using SQL and creating ad-hoc reports using Cognos BI reporting Tool.
