Nikola Drenckova

Nikola Drenckova is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of the Regional Office for the Pilsen Region at CzechInvest since January 2023, providing support and consultation to companies and startups, collaborating with investors and regional stakeholders, and organizing business events. Prior to this role, Nikola was the Export Manager for Germany, Austria, and Poland at Orkla Foods Česko a Slovensko from September 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included strategy, business growth, and partnerships in the region. Nikola has extensive experience with Molson Coors Beverage Company over an eleven-year span, holding various roles including Country Manager for Germany, where the focus was on business development, key account management, and sustaining export growth. Early career positions include marketing and sales roles at Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s. and volunteer work with Stiftung Naturschutz Berlin. Nikola holds a degree in Economics and Management from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
