Randa Hamzeh

Randa Hamzeh is a seasoned professional in human resources and academia, currently serving as a Lecturer at the AUB Suliman S. Olayan School of Business since April 2017, where responsibilities include planning and delivering lectures and developing course materials. Concurrently, Randa has held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at ALARGAN International Real Estate Company since February 2020, and serves as a Human Resources Consultant for Saber Middle East. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner at Al-Sayer Group Holding, where Randa led the HR Strategic Business Partners function, and as a Talent Management and HR Strategic Business Partner at the National Bank of Kuwait, collaborating on various projects for talent development. Randa began a career in training management at Credit Libanais from 2002 to 2007. Randa holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the American University of Beirut, completed in 2017.
