Matthew Patrick

Matthew Patrick, MSI, CWI is the manager of D&B’s Special Inspection Division and specializes in project management, administration and construction oversight. An ICC Master of Special Inspection and an American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector, he is well-versed in New York City building code and collaboratively works with design teams, construction management and contractors as a third-party inspection member. Mr. Patrick’s experience includes construction management, oversight, quality management QA/QC, project analysis and management of NYC DOB Technical Reports (TR1, TR2 & TR8).
