Lance R. Altizer

Lance R. Altizer is the Chief Commercial Officer at D & H United Fueling Solutions since February 2023. Prior to this, Altizer held various high-level positions at Guardian Industries, including Vice President roles in sales and marketing. Altizer also has experience at Johns Manville, BASF, and Honeywell, where Lance R. excelled in marketing, sales, and commercial leadership roles. Altizer holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
