Ben Fisher

Ben Fisher has 20 years of experience in legal counsel roles. Ben began their career as a Junior Associate at Smith Debnam Narron Drake Saintsing Myers, LLP in 2001 before moving to Troutman Sanders LLP in 2004. At Troutman Sanders LLP, they served as an Of Counsel and Commercial Retail Team Leader, specializing in drafting and negotiating various agreements related to purchase, leasing, and development of locations. In 2017, Fisher joined D.R. Horton as Vice President and Division Counsel, later transitioning to various roles within the company, including Vice President and Associate Region Counsel, West Region, and Vice President and West Region Counsel. Currently, Fisher holds the position of Vice President and Associate Region Counsel, West Region at D.R. Horton.

Ben Fisher attended Wake Forest University School of Law from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Juris Doctorate degree. Ben previously completed their undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1994 to 1998, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetorical Studies.
